Key Responsibilities

Lead implementation of local AI and generative AI roadmap, from requirements to adoption and scaling

Translate business needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions with reusable components and standardized approaches

Partner with business and technical teams to design, prioritize, and deliver high-impact AI use cases

Coordinate training and enablement activities to drive adoption of analytics and AI solutions across stakeholders

Track use case performance and measure business impact, including efficiency gains and improved decision-making

Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and Responsible AI standards across all initiatives

Support planning, execution, and documentation of analytics and generative AI initiatives at local level
Essential Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, or a related field

Proven experience delivering analytics, machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence solutions in business environments

Experience managing end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, including development, deployment, and monitoring

Strong understanding of artificial intelligence governance, including model documentation and responsible use principles

Experience automating processes using data and artificial intelligence to improve efficiency and productivity

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Desirable Requirements

Experience with digital transformation or business process improvement initiatives

Knowledge of generative artificial intelligence tools, prompt design, or model operations
