What to Expect
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, analytical, innovative and customer-focused individual to join our dynamic benefits and leaves team. The Sr. Benefits and Leave Analyst position will be responsible for developing and implementing benefits solutions and leave policy and administration. The role will be responsible for interacting with regional consultants, implementing new programs and the subsequent managing of country and regional vendor relationships, developing benefit communications and trainings, assisting with the on- and off-boarding of employees, and other project-based work as needed.
What You'll Do-
Support the development, implementation, and management of global benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and/or wellness initiatives based on regional market needs

Assist in creating and updating benefits and leave of absence policies and procedures to support program delivery

Ensure all benefits, leaves, and accommodations programs comply with local, regional, and global regulations

Manage relationships with benefits vendors, ensuring quality service delivery and resolving any issue, including analyzing data trends to assess program’s effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Develop and execute communication strategies to educate employees about benefits offerings and any changes

Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure our total benefits packages remain competitive in all regions

Work closely with HR, legal, and other departments to align benefits and leave strategies with overall business objectives
What You'll Bring-
Minimum 5+ years of LATAM Benefits Consulting and/or Benefit Administration and leave and accommodation experience

Bachelor’s degree required and/or equivalent in experience

Strong proficiency in English and Spanish required, Portuguese a plus

Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to implementation and concisely communicate complex information

Ability to work in a global team environment with a strong sense of urgency

Strong Excel, PowerPoint and skills

Strong vendor management, detailed project management, analytical and problem-solving skills
