We are looking for a Contracting Manager with deep knowledge in the Caribbean and Mexico region to join our OTS Globe team based in Cancun. As a Contracting Manager, you will be responsible to increase revenue by achieving strategic contracting with key accounts. As well as, propose and implement contracting strategies within territory in conjunction with management & in line with overall company goals.
Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate agreements with hotels and hotel chains in key destinations.
- Expand and optimize the hotel portfolio in line with the commercial strategy.
- Negotiate competitive rates, allotments, cancellation policies, special offers, and overrides.
- Ensure commercial conditions that allow for attractive business margins.
- Optimize contracts based on demand, seasonality, and performance.
- Monitor hotel performance (sales, production, profitability).
- Adjust strategy (renegotiations, exclusivity agreements, promotions).
- Identify growth opportunities and product improvement areas.
- Ensure accurate contract loading in internal systems.
- Oversee compliance with agreements and contractual conditions.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, sales, finance).
