Key Responsibilities

Direct daily communications, both verbal and written, to ensure all groups are working toward the goal of timely project completion.

Must be able to communicate technical details and concepts to engineers and non-technical team members in Torreon.

Coordinate validation activities and cross-functional execution plans.

Manage engineering changes involving mechanical, electronic, and motor components.

Facilitate multidisciplinary meetings to communicate project status and requirements.

Drive implementation of cost improvements changes in mass production
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics preferred).

Other engineering disciplines may be considered based on experience.

Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of CAD software.

Basic understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).

Experience or exposure to engineering change management.

Experience in product engineering is preferred.

Knowledge of root cause analysis methodologies is desirable.
