Idaho Divorce Law Firm is a Boise, Idaho family-law practice. We are hiring a fully remote, English-speaking intake specialist based in Mexico to be the first voice prospective clients hear when they reach out to us. All firm communication is conducted in English; Spanish is welcome but not required.
About the role
The intake specialist is often the first conversation a prospective client has with our firm — typically during one of the most difficult moments of their life. The work matters, and we will teach you to do it well. You will work directly with our Boise-based attorneys and operations team during U.S. Mountain Time business hours. The role will initially be during regular working hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. MST), but after training has been completed will be approximately from 12:01 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. MST.
What you will do
- Answer phone and email inquiries from prospective clients with warmth, professionalism, and clarity
- Schedule Strategy Sessions with our senior attorneys and conduct initial fit screening
- Keep the firm's CRM accurate and current
- Coordinate thoughtful referrals when we are not the right firm for a caller
- Coordinate closely with our Boise-based team by email, phone, and video
What you bring
- 1–2 years of customer service, front desk, or call-center experience
- Excellent spoken and written English (near-native or native proficiency required)
- Comfort with CRM systems and standard office software (Go High Level)
- A calm, professional demeanor with people in difficult emotional moments
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace at home
- Availability to work Monday–Friday during U.S. Mountain Time business hours
Compensation
- MXN $30,000–$34,000 per month, depending on experience
- Fully remote, full-time position
