Handle inbound calls from customers interested in Internet services.

Identify customer needs through active listening and consultative conversations.

Present products, services, pricing, and promotions effectively.

Accurately document customer interactions using CRM tools and other systems.

At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or call center environments

Experience handling calls while navigating multiple systems simultaneously

Monthly base salary ranges from $19,000 up to $21,000 MXN
