Business Systems Analyst 3
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems Engineering or similar
Experiencie: At least 3 years in the IT Áreas, 42Q Support
Knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite, 42Q Tools, acknowledge in XML / Json Files, and English B1 B2
Skills / Competencies:: High sense of responsibility and reliability, desire to learn, and being self-taught, good communication.
Responsibilities/Activities:
Implement and support strategic IT projects in Sanmina plants in the Americas region, such as MES16 Conversion and Medical Global Upgrade initiatives.
Perform analysis, specification, modeling, verification, and validation of business requirements and solution design.
Manage the complete requirements lifecycle, including tracking, prioritization, and change evaluation.
Provide specialized support (Level 2/3) and troubleshooting for MES systems and 42Q tools and other interfaces.
Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and deployments to production (PROD), including the management of Change Requests (CCNs).
Evaluate the performance of solutions in use and recommend actions to increase the value delivered and mitigate operational risks.
