Process Analyst Leader (SAP)
Location: Puebla (On site)
The Challenge:
To conduct business analysis activities focused on identifying a business problem, opportunity or challenge (i.e. clarifying the business need) and define, document and analyse business requirements.
Effective communication between the teams and stakeholders you are working with on a change, with special regard to Project Sponsors, Process Development, Change and IT teams. You provide advisory support and might act as a coach or mentor.
Key Roles and Responsabilities:
- Working on local and international projects
- Managing business needs and requirements
- Planning the timing and delivery of analytical activities on projects
- Capturing, documenting and elaborating business requirements
- Collaborating with representatives of all concerned business / IT areas to identify and document the impact
- Helping business owners to translate their business needs / concepts into the detailed scope of a project
- Develop process models, use cases, and workflow diagrams to represent business processes and system interactions.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Full professional English
- SAP experience
Experience and Skills:
- +3 years working experience preferably in Financial sector
- Experience in leading the analysis of large-scale, complex Business change in a dynamic and changing environment
- Experience in project management and process optimization
- Delivery experience within highly integrated system environments where development teams utilise the SCRUM development approach
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good coordination and negotiation skills
