About the Role
Lyfe Law is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our CMO and growing marketing team.
This is a hands-on role. You will help execute campaigns, create content, and keep daily marketing operations organized.
If you are fast, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Assist the CMO with daily marketing and administrative tasks
- Create and design content for social media, email, and digital campaigns
- Manage and schedule posts across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Conduct research on trends, competitors, and new marketing ideas
- Support email and SMS marketing campaigns
- Help organize marketing projects, files, and timelines
- Coordinate with internal team members and external vendors
- Assist with short-form video editing when needed
Requirements
- Experience with graphic design (Canva required, Adobe is a plus)
- Comfortable using social media platforms daily
- Bilingual: English and Spanish
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work remotely
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content creation or social media marketing
- Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar)
- Familiarity with marketing tools or CRM systems
