We are looking for an organized, analytical, and service-oriented professional to join our Sales Administration team.
Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields

2+ years of experience in telesales and/or customer service
-
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
-
Intermediate to advanced SAP knowledge
-
Telemarketing experience
-
Intermediate English (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
-
Receive and manage quotation requests from sales teams, distributors, and direct customers
-
Review product availability, technical specifications, pricing, and logistics to provide the best customer solution

Prepare and send quotations
-
Collect and validate customer documentation for system registration
-
Follow up on sales orders and provide ongoing support

Assist external sales representatives with order tracking
