Objective
Analyze, control, and optimize the company's operational costs, ensuring reliable information for financial and strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities

Prepare cost analyses and budgets for electronic infrastructure and connectivity projects.

Develop, review, and manage commercial and financial proposals with suppliers and clients.

Request and negotiate quotations with suppliers to obtain the best value and service conditions.

Conduct price comparisons and profitability analyses.

Maintain updated databases of pricing, materials, products, and services.

Support commercial and operational teams in the preparation of quotations and proposals.

Generate reports, metrics, and key performance indicators related to costs and budgeting.

Identify and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation tools to optimize cost analysis, proposal development, reporting processes, and information management within the department.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in budgeting, cost analysis, procurement, and supplier management.

Strong interest in technological innovation, process automation, and the application of Artificial Intelligence tools.

Knowledge of preparing and integrating commercial and technical proposals.

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with international suppliers and clients.
