Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Order Creation, Project Setup & Budgeting (SAP)
-
Create and maintain WBS, sales orders, and project structures in SAP/ Oracle FUsion based on ITO Finance/Sales inputs and contracts.

Set up, update projects & change orders in line with internal guidelines & commercial approvals.

Upload, maintain, and reconcile project budgets (As Sold, Original, Plan) to approved estimates and contract values.
Billing & Milestone Management

Execute billing and milestone invoices via ITO/OTR Finance instructions.

Issue accurate, timely invoices in line with internal controls, company policy, and local regulations.

Track billing status and follow up on pending milestones and required documentation.
Process Improvement & Governance

Identify gaps and inefficiencies in order, project setup, and billing processes.

Support standardization and improvement of Order-to-Cash processes and SOPs.

Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and quality standards.
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
-
Work closely with Sales, ITO/OTR Finance, PM’s, Commercial Finance, and Collections.

Manage queries on orders, billing, and documentation, providing clear and timely responses.
-
Support regional teams across time zones, with availability up to 5 PM CST.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Engineering, or related field preferred.
-
5+ years of experience in Order Management, Billing, Project Accounting, or Project WBS creation (ideally in engineering, industrial, or project-based environments).

Strong SAP/ Oracle Fusion (or similar ERP) experience in order booking, WBS/project setup, and billing.

Proficient in Excel (data analysis, lookups, pivots, reporting).

High attention to detail; strong numerical and analytical skills.
-
Fluency in English (spoken and written) required, minimum Level 2 proficiency (routine conversations, reading standard business documents, drafting simple written communication).

Bilingual in either Spanish English or French English.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
