We are a growing binational company (U.S. & Mexico) seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead and strengthen our accounting operations.
This role requires a hands-on professional with strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage financial processes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly and year-end closing processes
- Ensure tax compliance in both Mexico and the United States
- Supervise and lead the accounting team
- Prepare, analyze, and present financial statements and management reports
- Review and perform bank reconciliations
- Monitor cash flow and support financial planning
- Maintain and improve internal controls and accounting processes
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in accounting roles
- Previous experience supervising or leading a team
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax compliance
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients (preferred)
- Advanced English (professional communication required)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Highly organized and results-driven
- Location: Tijuana, Mexico (On-site)
Schedule: Full-time
Salary: $35,000 MXN per month (negotiable based on experience)
