Resumen: This role analyzes logistics data, monitors key performance indicators (KPIs), identifies process improvement opportunities, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply chain operations. Responsabilidades:

Analyze transportation, inventory, and distribution data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Monitor daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments.

Track and report logistics performance metrics such as on-time delivery, freight costs, inventory accuracy, and carrier performance.

Support transportation planning and shipment scheduling activities.

Assist in maintaining accurate logistics records, databases, and reporting systems.

Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, warehouses, and internal departments to resolve shipping and delivery issues.

Investigate freight discrepancies, delays, and service failures and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for management review.

Support inventory control initiatives and material flow optimization projects.

Participate in continuous improvement efforts to enhance logistics efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and applicable transportation regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.

0–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, inventory management, or a related area.

Internship or co-op experience in supply chain or logistics is a plus.

Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Familiarity with ERP, MRP, WMS, or TMS systems is preferred.
