BB8 Freight Co. works with shippers, manufacturers, and 3PLs across the country to set up dedicated freight lanes — recurring business instead of one-off loads. Power Only, Flatbed, and RGN dedicated freight are where we're putting our growth focus right now.
About the Role
A year in, you'll have a pipeline full of qualified dedicated freight opportunities, a track record of booked meetings that turned into signed lanes, and a reputation with shippers as someone who follows through. Power Only dedicated lanes are the top priority, with Flatbed and RGN as strong secondary targets. This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Mexico.
What You'll Do
- Make 100–200 outbound cold calls a day to shippers, manufacturers, brokers, and warehouses
- Identify companies with recurring transportation needs and qualify them for dedicated freight, prioritizing Power Only
- Build relationships with logistics and transportation decision-makers
- Dig into each prospect's lanes, freight type, frequency, equipment needs, current providers, and pain points
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and company leadership
- Keep the CRM current after every interaction and follow up consistently until deals close or die
- Hit weekly and monthly lead-generation and pipeline targets
What We're Looking For
Required:
- Comfortable cold calling and speaking with executives and decision-makers all day
- Highly organized, persistent, and able to take rejection in stride
- Self-motivated — you don't need someone checking in on you to stay productive
- Strong computer skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Reliable high-speed internet and a professional, quiet remote workspace
- Must be a resident of Mexico and able to complete a W-8BEN form as an independent contractor
Preferred (nice to have):
- Previous B2B or cold-calling sales experience
- Background in trucking, logistics, or freight brokerage
- CRM experience
- Familiarity with Power Only, Flatbed, RGN, Dry Van, or Reefer freight
Compensation
- MX$20,940 – MX$34,900/month (approximately $1,200–$2,000 USD/month), based on experience
- Plus uncapped commission on new dedicated accounts and bonuses for Power Only contracts secured
- Paid as an independent contractor (W-8BEN required); no benefits included
