Criteria
- Based in the Guadalajara area (hybrid, 3 days in-office delivery)
- C2 level English fluency – high majority of communication is in English.
- Must be able to onboard as a Microsoft Outsourced vendor (v-dash) without 6-mo break.
- This role supports customers across the Americas and operates aligned to Americas business hours.
Position Overview
Inviso is expanding our Solution Assessment team and is looking for an experienced individual contributor to support the growth of our infrastructure, security, and Copilot assessment programs. This role sits at the center of the Americas motion — working across Microsoft stakeholders, customers, and delivery teams to ensure strong execution, consistency, and outcomes across the portfolio. Based in Guadalajara and aligned to US Central Time, the Specialist serves as a representative for Inviso with the Microsoft field and Partners — generating demand for assessments by educating sellers on how Solution Assessment programs can support their customers’ objectives and accelerate their own success. This role does not directly deliver assessments but plays a critical role in enabling successful delivery.
What You’ll Do
Microsoft Field & Customer Engagement
- Build relationships with Microsoft AEs, Specialists, CSAs, and PDMs to create demand
- Partner closely with Microsoft to align on priorities, opportunities, and delivery expectations.
- Engage in key customer interactions to support positioning and alignment of assessments.
Pipeline & Program Execution
- Coordinate the assessment pipeline from field referral through engagement kickoff, including handoff to Technical Consultants.
- Maintain alignment between sellers, customer stakeholders, and consultant delivery teams.
- Track and report on pipeline health, demand trends, and engagement status
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the program
Required Experience & Skills
Core Experience
- 3+ years in consulting, delivery, or a Microsoft-aligned role.
- Strong experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem — partner, vendor, or FTE.
Program & Engagement Skills
- Understanding of cloud, security, and Copilot solution areas at a functional level — sufficient to align stakeholders and qualify opportunities without directly delivering assessments.
- Proven ability to operate across multiple stakeholders including Microsoft sellers, customers, and delivery teams.
- Experience managing an engagement pipeline: tracking status, resolving blockers, reporting up.
Communication & Stakeholder Skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication (C2).
- Proven ability to build trust and influence alignment across diverse stakeholders,
- Comfortable presenting to Microsoft field teams and customer-facing audiences including business decision makers.
Additional Qualities
- Strong organizational skills across multiple concurrent workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative across the Inviso hub structure, global program teams, and peers within the One Inviso SA Desk Program.
- Works closely with Solution Assessment Consultants to ensure program KPIs are met.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- Prior experience in a Solution Assessment, pre-sales, or demand generation role within a Microsoft partner or vendor organization.
- Familiarity with assessment or migration tooling (Azure Migrate, Dr Migrate, AppCAT, Movere, or similar) sufficient to speak credibly to customers and consultants without needing to execute.
- Experience with Copilot or AI Business Solutions positioning or enablement.
