Overview
FastBank helps SAP Business One customers automate bank reconciliation,
payments, invoice processing, and finance operations. We work closely with SAP
partners and customers to simplify financial processes through modern automation
and AI-driven workflows.
We’re a growing software company looking for someone who can help us build
relationships, create opportunities, and support customers throughout their journey
with FastBank.
The Role
This is a hybrid role that combines business development, account management,
and customer success responsibilities.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable generating new opportunities,
managing customer relationships, supporting onboarding and adoption efforts, and
identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable prospecting into a new account as they
are leading a customer check-in meeting.
Responsibilities
Business Development
- Prospect and engage SAP Business One customers and partners
- Generate qualified meetings through outbound outreach
- Build and manage target account lists
- Conduct discovery calls and qualify opportunities
- Work closely with marketing on campaigns and follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates
Account Management & Customer Success
- Manage relationships with existing customers
- Support customer onboarding and adoption efforts
- Conduct regular customer check-ins
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across FastBank modules
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Help improve customer retention and satisfaction
Sales Operations
- Maintain CRM hygiene and reporting
- Utilize sales engagement and prospecting tools effectively
- Track activity, pipeline, and account engagement metrics
- Support forecasting and account planning activities
Requirements
Must Have
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development, SDR, BDR, Account Management, Customer Success, or Account Executive roles
- Experience working in B2B SaaS or software companies
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience with prospecting and sales engagement platforms such as Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Orum, Gong, or similar
- Experience using data providers such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Cognism, Seamless, or similar
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding goals and performance targets
Preferred
- Experience selling or supporting ERP, fintech, accounting, payments, AP/AR automation, or financial software solutions
- Experience working with channel partners or reseller networks
- Startup or high-growth software company experience
- Experience working with finance, accounting, operations, or executive stakeholders

Pay: $11,483.67 - $26,591.65 per month
