This role is tasked with the support and maintenance of the Office 365 environment configuration, emphasizing SharePoint and OneDrive. The position requires collaboration across cross-functional IT teams to provide comprehensive global support for the Resideo corporate Microsoft Office 365 tenant. Success in this role demands self-motivation, advanced critical thinking, and proactive problem-solving abilities aimed at optimizing end-user experiences. By working directly with network, security, and IT Service Management teams, the systems administrator addresses evolving business requirements while minimizing cost and operational impact.
JOB DUTIES:
- Proficiency in all aspects Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Exchange, Copilot and Azure
- Deep administrative knowledge of Exchange Online and on-premises troubleshooting, maintenance and server and client support
- Improving services and features on Office 365.
- Experience with Office 365 migration, troubleshooting, system design, and service delivery
- Capability in installing, upgrading, configuring, testing, maintaining, and supporting software within production environments
- Support the development of forward-looking strategies for Office 365 products and services
- Collaborate with business units to assess and drive adoption of new capabilities associated with Office 365 and related tools, services, and systems
- Document ongoing operations and ensure business continuity, including system topology, operating instructions, and disaster recovery protocols
- Manage Office 365 infrastructure parameters and policies.
- Monitor Office 365 service health and respond to third-level service requests.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, define, and document business requirements.
- Track and escalate incidents with Microsoft technical support.
Ability to write PowerShell coding for automation.

YOU MUST HAVE:
- At least five years’ experience with Office 365 on enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across enterprise platforms.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and managers at all levels.
Fluent English Proficiency.
