Join our team and play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective quality management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives within a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in the analysis, containment, corrective actions, and resolution of customer-reported quality concerns.
- Prepare and deliver professional problem-solving presentations and reports for customer meetings.
- Develop, implement, and maintain inspection standards to ensure product and process compliance.
- Create, update, and manage Quality Core Tools documentation, including Control Plans and PFMEA.
- Prepare and submit 4M change documentation in accordance with customer requirements.
- Monitor customer quality KPIs, analyze performance trends, and communicate key findings and risks to management.
- Conduct audits of Critical Characteristics (CC) and Important Characteristics (IC) processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Drive continuous improvement activities and support customer satisfaction objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience in Quality Assurance within the automotive manufacturing industry. (+5 yeas)
- Strong knowledge of Quality Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
- Experience leading problem-solving activities using methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, and Ishikawa.
- Customer-facing experience and strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPI management.
- Advanced English communication skills.
