Job Description:
Lead the adoption of scalable and practical software engineering, DevOps, and quality practices across internally developed solutions and vendor-based platforms, improving test automation, deployment robustness, and release reliability.
Contribute to containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment enablement where relevant, strengthening operational stability, reducing manual effort, and improving the maintainability and supportability of business-critical applications and services.
Main Activities

Define and implement pragmatic software, DevOps, and QA practices for internal applications and automations.

Build and maintain automated testing and CI/CD pipelines to improve quality, early defect detection, and release confidence.

Increase automation coverage to reduce manual regression effort and improve release reliability.

Support containerization and Kubernetes-based deployment enablement for selected internal tools and services.

Collaborate with developers, product owners, and platform teams to improve testability, deployment robustness, and quality-by-design.

Monitor key engineering and quality KPIs, drive continuous improvement, and address recurring defects through preventive actions.
Profile
Education
-
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
