What the day will look like
As Deputy Director of Energy and Infrastructure, your main focus will be client retention and profitable portfolio growth. You will provide advisory and technical support to Energy and Infrastructure clients while leading and developing the colleagues under your responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and provide high-quality service to the assigned Energy and Infrastructure client portfolio.

Ensure strong client retention and achievement of service and satisfaction objectives.

Drive portfolio growth with a target of at least +20% over current revenues.

Provide specialized advisory support to clients in the Energy, Oil, Gas & Infrastructure sectors, identifying exposures and proposing tailored insurance and risk solutions.

Lead and coordinate global insurance programs for clients in the sector, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and client needs.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8 colleagues, providing ongoing feedback, guidance, and support for their professional growth.

Promote a culture of collaboration and high performance within the team and across the broader business.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal areas (placement, claims, finance, legal, operations, etc.) to ensure an integrated service offering.

Actively participate in negotiations with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal commercial and service conditions.
