Accountant I Job Responsibilities:
- Weekly and Monthly Billing- Engage in the customer billing process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of customer invoice production and distribution. Including but not limited to: credits, monthly Fleet Membership invoices, cost estimates, fuel card generation
- Data accuracy- review data accuracy for daily transactions in accounts payable and receivable, creation and review of reporting of overages/high charges
- Accounts Receivable- Reconciliation of customer accounts, collections, reconciliation and resolution of Customer and Fleet Card disputes and rebill, and weekly AR aging review meetings, cash application of ACH payments, Customer cost estimates
- Accounts Payable- Review and Posting of: AP invoices, NAC Garage invoices, credit card, Vendor 30 Day NP credits, Vendor Fee Only Credits
- Vendor and Technician cards - Create and Maintain accurate vendor and technician cards in GP, including ACH payment details, W-9 updates, child/parent cards, garage rates, COI details
- Customer and Vendor communications- Require strong English verbal and written skill to engage in phone and email communications
- Report generation- Garage Dispatch Analysis, Membership revenue, and additional reports creation as needed
- Perform administrative and other tasks as needed
Accounting Specialist Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- A minimum of 3 years US work experience, preferred
- Visa required.
Accounting Specialist Qualifications/Skills:
- Work hour alignment with US California office
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles
- Microsoft Suite skills, with Excel and financial date reporting creation skills
- Microsoft GP and NetSuite experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
- Outstanding math and research skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency with 10-key typing and data entry
- Deadline-driven with excellent time management ability

Sueldo: $35,000.00 al mes
