We are seeking a full-time Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position focused on recruiting for US-based manufacturing and blue-collar roles. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for the US market, enjoys building relationships with candidates, and is passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities. They are proactive, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based manufacturing and blue-collar positions.
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Keep candidate records and recruiting activities up to date in the ATS.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruiting updates.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for the US market.
- Required experience recruiting for manufacturing, industrial, skilled trades, warehouse, or other blue-collar positions.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other job boards.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience using Bullhorn ATS is a plus.
