Education:
Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
5 years of experience.
Knowledge in:
Customer communication and complaint management, 8D corrective action methodology, AC audits, OBA audits, incoming inspection processes, coordination of quality technicians and inspectors, KPI report generation for customers, quality systems and continuous improvement processes.
Skills:
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel), effective communication, leadership and team coordination, problem-solving, analytical skills, bilingual (English-Spanish).
