Quality Engineer at Donaldson , driving product compliance and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for coordinating product audits, validating new product introductions, addressing customer complaints, and leading scrap reduction projects. Your work will help prevent issues, strengthen our processes, and ensure reliable products for our customers.
- Product quality assurance and control in production processes (Control Plan).
- Validation of new product introductions (PPAP).
- Monitoring and assurance of critical product characteristics (Capability Analysis).
- Leading problem-solving analysis and responding to customer complaints.
- Coordination and execution of cost/scrap reduction projects.
- Leadership of the team under your responsibility: Quality Technicians.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Process Quality Engineering.
- Advanced English proficiency with a technical level.
- Knowledge of Core Tools (PFMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, MSA, SPC).
- Experience managing personnel.
- IATF Internal Auditor certification.
