About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Manager to support our luxury real estate business including sales and vacation rentals. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing marketing initiatives that enhance brand presence, generate qualified leads, and support our sales and rental teams.
This position requires strong English communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and print channels
- Support the promotion of residential listings and vacation rental properties
- Manage and coordinate social media platforms and online presence
- Assist with website updates and ensure accuracy of property and company information
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns and client communications
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support marketing initiatives
- Monitor general market trends and assist in identifying opportunities for growth
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Professional resume must be submitted in English
- Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, email marketing, basic analytics)
- Knowledge of AI applications and use
- System Knowledge: Microsoft Office, CRM (customer relationship mgmt), Canva.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
