Position Overview
The ideal candidate is highly commercial, client-focused, and experienced in managing executive-level relationships while identifying opportunities for revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow strategic client relationships.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and business expansion.
* Develop account growth strategies focused on revenue generation and client retention.
* Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.
* Coordinate internal teams including marketing, technology, operations, and creative services.
* Monitor account performance and KPIs.
* Prepare proposals, business recommendations, and strategic plans.
* Support contract renewals and commercial negotiations.
* Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Client Success, Account Management, or related roles.
* Professional English fluency (C1/C2) is mandatory.
* Proven experience leading meetings, presentations, and negotiations entirely in English.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong commercial mindset and results-oriented approach.
* Experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
* Experience in marketing, advertising, media, technology, SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or B2B services.
