- Define and lead the Human Resources strategy for Mexico, aligning business objectives with global HR guidelines.
- Act as a strategic partner, advisor, and coach to senior leadership and management teams on all people-related matters.
- Drive organizational design and workforce planning in alignment with business priorities.
- Establish and oversee HR policies, processes, and programs to foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
- Define organizational capabilities, competencies, and succession strategies to support long-term growth.
- Lead performance management frameworks, including KPIs, and present progress to leadership teams.
- Own the HR budget, including planning, forecasting, and investment prioritization in systems and tools.
- Oversee employer branding strategy and ensure a strong market positioning as an employer of choice.
- Guide advanced HR decisions, including compensation structures, promotions, organizational changes, and employee relations matters.
- Manage labor relations strategy, including union interactions and external legal partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and drive resolution of complex employee relations cases.
- Sponsor and lead talent management initiatives across global, regional, and local programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in Human Resources leadership roles within multinational environments.
- Proven experience in strategic HR partner roles, including executive coaching and senior stakeholder management.
- Strong background in organizational development, talent management, and performance frameworks.
- Experience managing labor relations, conflict resolution, and legal HR matters.
- Solid business acumen, including exposure to operations, finance, and P&L management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive transformation initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strategic mindset with a strong focus on results, people development, and organizational culture.
