Realize programming, technical support and improvement of PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) program and the production IT hardware to guarantee a smooth production flow.
- Design, develop, and program PLC systems and automation solutions to support manufacturing, assembly, and safety operations.
- Provide daily technical support for PLCs, hardware, software, and related production‑floor applications.
- Implement and maintain engineering, connectivity, and IT security standards as well as documentation for industrialization and digitalization projects.
- Optimize and adjust the performance of technical assembly equipment (presses, nut‑runners, wheel alignment systems, etc.) and ensure functional and integration testing.
- Identify process and automation improvement opportunities and align these initiatives with process experts and global teams.
- Develop, configure, and adjust PLC software according to standards ZF FOXCONN, including signal mapping and parameter configuration.
- Train end users and provide support on shopfloor solutions , ensuring correct usage and system updates.
