SaaS Product Builder — UX, Growth & Commercial Infrastructure
Full Time | Remote | Mexico-Based | Growth Role
Position Type: Full Time Hours: 40 hours per week Compensation: MXN $20,000/month Location: Remote (Mexico-based preferred)
About This Role
We're building a web-based SaaS platform that gives anyone managing remote workers intelligent visibility into their team — without adding headcount. The engine is already built. Now we need someone to design and build the product and commercial layer around it.
This is the primary build for the SaaS business unit, and it's equal parts product experience and commercial infrastructure: you own how the product looks, feels, and flows for the customer and the billing, onboarding, and growth systems behind it. Internal operations support is secondary.
If you think in systems, care about what the customer actually experiences on screen, and want to build a product from the ground up — this is the role.
You won't manage a team. You'll build the machine that runs itself — and design the experience that makes people want to use it.
Primary Responsibility — SaaS Product & Business Unit
You'll design and launch the full customer-facing product and commercial infrastructure, built to operate with minimal ongoing human involvement.
Month 1 — Foundation & Product Experience
- Brand and marketing site — positioning, pricing page, and product messaging, designed to convert
- Product UX foundation — information architecture, core screen flows, and a lightweight design system (layout, type, color, components) the rest of the product builds on
- Stripe billing integration — subscription tiers, consumption tracking, and payment flows
- Pricing architecture — base-plus-consumption model, structured for scale
Month 2 — Customer Experience & Infrastructure
- Customer portal (design + build) — self-serve account management, usage dashboards, and plan controls a non-technical manager can read at a glance
- Dashboard & data visualization — turn the engine's "intelligent visibility" into clear, legible screens; the product's value has to be obvious in seconds, not explained in a manual
- Zero-touch onboarding — design and automate the flow that takes a new user from signup to their first "aha" without human involvement
- Support automation — AI-driven resolution targeting 80%+ of tickets without escalation
- CRM setup — customer lifecycle tracking, health scoring, and churn signals (HubSpot)
Month 3 — Growth Systems
- Retention and churn monitoring — automated alerts and intervention flows
- Growth infrastructure — referral systems, conversion optimization, and activation tracking
- Analytics and reporting — product usage, revenue, and customer health in one view
- Sales materials — one-pager, demo flow, and onboarding documentation
Secondary Responsibility — Internal Operations
Once the SaaS layer is stable, you'll support internal operational systems on an as-needed basis. This is the side task, not the main job.
- Maintain and optimize existing automation workflows
- Build or improve internal tools that reduce manual work
- Integrate platforms as operational needs arise
- Troubleshoot automation failures and maintain reliability
Required Qualifications
- A portfolio of shipped product interfaces — real customer-facing web apps you designed and/or built. Show us screens, not just a tech stack.
- Ability to design and build responsive web UI — take a product from wireframe to working interface without waiting on a separate designer
- Proven experience building customer-facing SaaS infrastructure — billing, onboarding, portals, support systems
- Strong command of automation tools and API integrations
- Experience with Stripe or equivalent subscription billing platforms
- Ability to build systems that run with no human once deployed
- Independent problem solver — you take a goal and return a working system
- Systems thinker — you design for scale, not just for today
- Experience with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot
- Strong written and spoken English
- Comfort in fast-moving environments with minimal oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Design-tool fluency (Figma or equivalent) and experience building or maintaining a design system
- Front-end depth (React or equivalent) for building the product UI directly
- Experience launching or scaling a SaaS product from zero
- Familiarity with AI agent orchestration and workflow automation platforms
- Experience with GoHighLevel
- Proficiency with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar tools
- Understanding of customer lifecycle design — acquisition through retention
- Background in startups or early-stage product environments
Who You Are
You look at a product and immediately think about what the customer experiences — from the moment they find it to the moment they become a loyal user. You care whether a screen is clear, whether a flow feels effortless, whether someone "gets it" without a tutorial. Then you build the invisible infrastructure that makes all of it seamless.
You don't wait to be told what to do next. You see the gap and fill it. You're not looking for a task list — you're looking for a product to help build.
The Opportunity
This platform is designed to become the operating system for anyone managing remote workers — regardless of where they hired them, what tools they use, or how large their team is. The engine already works. The product is being built now.
The person who builds this layer will grow with the product. As it scales, this role scales with it. We're not hiring for today — we're hiring for what this becomes.
