Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite technical support.
Configure and maintain computers, printers, and devices
Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Manage user accounts and access permissions.
Internet monitoring
Maintain an inventory of equipment and technological assets.
Support technology projects and infrastructure improvements.
Requirements
Experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
English Requiring
Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $15,000.00 al mes
