Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js.
Collaborate with product owners, UX designers, backend developers, and QA teams to deliver quality software solutions.
Build responsive and reusable UI components following modern frontend development practices.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and technical discussions.
Follow Agile development methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Mentor junior developers and support best practices in coding and application architecture.
Key Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or similar.
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Proficiency in modern frontend development tools such as Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
Strong knowledge of Git version control and collaborative development practices.
Familiarity with unit testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Minimum 5+ years of frontend development experience, with at least 3+ years in React.js.
Skill Requirements
Experience with Spring Boot and Java-based backend development.
Knowledge of designing, developing, or consuming REST APIs using Spring Boot.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
Understanding of microservices architecture.
Experience with performance monitoring and application optimization.
Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.
Previous experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring development teams.
