We are seeking: Head of the Corporate Area (Senior Lawyer)
A key member of our team is starting a new journey, giving us the opportunity to bring on a new leader. We are looking for someone who will be the right hand of the partners and the driving force behind our corporate practice.
Your Mission:
- Lead relationships with key clients, from strategy to execution.
- Manage and mentor the corporate team, ensuring excellence and achievement of objectives.
- Coordinate our strategic partners, including notaries, experts, and other providers.
- Be the technical reference for the area, solving the most complex matters and guaranteeing legal quality.
Is it you?
- Experience: 1-2 years in corporate law, with a track record of leadership and direct client contact.
- Solid Knowledge: Mastery of corporate secretariat, complex contracts, and intellectual property.
- Natural Leadership: You enjoy organizing teams, delegating, and ensuring work is done well and on time.
- Business Vision: You understand clients beyond legal matters and become their strategic partner.
