What You’ll Do
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mid-Level Graphic Designer to join our global content and creative studio on the corporate marketing team. This role contributes creative thinking within established creative direction and provides the execution to help shape and maintain Teradata’s global brand expression and visual identity. This is a hands-on role for a designer who combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional craft and a digital-first mindset.
You will work across a range of digital, print, and motion projects, collaborating closely with designers and partners across marketing teams. This role suits a designer who is confident in Figma, comfortable with motion and light video work, and ready to take ownership of projects from brief to delivery. This is a remote role in LATAM, working in the U.S. time zones that will work collaboratively with colleagues located across the globe.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality creative across digital, print, social, web, presentations, and events.
- Champion best practices in craft and brand consistency across regions and channels
- Own projects from brief through to final delivery
- Translate creative briefs and brand strategy into clear, engaging visual solutions.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content where required.
- Ensure all work adheres to Teradata’s brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with global teams and external agencies.
- Act as a brand ambassador, supporting consistency across all touchpoints.
Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B, SaaS, and tech industry environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects at a time.
- Confident working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Curious and engaged with current design and digital trends.
- Experience working with Content Management Systems and workflows.
- Strong understanding of design systems, information architecture, responsive design, branding, and multi-channel digital content strategy.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- 5+ years of experience designing digital experiences for enterprise-level organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, or equivalent experience.
- A strong online portfolio showcasing digital design and multi-platform work.
- You have experience across both digital and traditional mediums, deep expertise in the digital landscape, and have proven examples of implementing large-scale and integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns for a B2B product.
- A combination of experience working within an agency or B2B in-house creative environment and building digital creative internal capability/studio.
- Robust and independent designer with a proven track record of delivering exceptional thinking and stunning visual design across channels
