Ford is seeking a Wheel and Tire Quality Engineer to support quality and warranty performance for wheels, tires, jacks, wheel trim, and related equipment. In this role, you will monitor field performance and analyze warranty data to identify emerging trends, quality concerns, and opportunities to improve customer satisfaction. You will work closely with product engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, service, and warranty teams to investigate issues, support root-cause analysis, track corrective actions, and communicate insights across the engineering organization. Required Qualifications

- Passion for automotive engineering
- Experience through coursework, internships, co-ops, projects, or prior roles involving quality, reliability, manufacturing, warranty, or data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets or creating dashboards to communicate performance trends.
- Knowledge of quality-management concepts, including corrective actions, continuous improvement, and supplier or manufacturing quality.
- Basic knowledge of statistical analysis, root-cause analysis, or problem-solving methods such as 5 Why, Fishbone, or 8D.
Exposure to automotive wheel-and-tire systems, vehicle service, chassis components, or related equipment.
