Test Rite Products Corporation, a global leader in home improvement, DIY, and tools, is seeking a Sourcing Assistant to join our growing team in Monterrey, Mexico. This role supports sourcing, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and retail sales performance tracking across high-SKU product categories. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment with large product assortments. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow up consistently with internal teams, buyers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Support inventory and demand planning by monitoring stock levels, assisting with monthly forecasts, and helping plan purchase orders based on sales trends and lead times.
- Track inventory risks (stockouts/excess) and support product launches, promotions, and seasonal planning.
- Prepare weekly sales and inventory reports and track sales vs. forecast performance.
- Support Retail Link or similar systems to extract and analyze sales, inventory, and replenishment data.
- Track customer purchase orders from creation to delivery, ensuring timely execution and issue resolution.
- Follow up with buyers and internal teams on order status, shipments, and inventory availability.
- Support weekly buyer reviews with reporting and action tracking.
- Coordinate with sourcing, supply chain, logistics, and sales teams to align demand and inventory plans.
- Maintain accurate SKU, order, and product records and support reporting improvements.
- Track key KPIs such as sell-through, stock coverage, and forecast accuracy.
- Maintain organized documentation and records related to customer accounts, inventory, and sales activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, inventory, or sales support roles.
- Strong Excel skills and experience with high SKU environments.
- Experience with Retail Link or ERP systems preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Intermediate English required.
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, or home improvement is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management, forecasting, replenishment, and sales reporting processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and business reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: $15,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month
