Create and manage daily customer orders.

Negotiate equipment substitutions and pricing.

Complete order entry, order maintenance, and management of order delivery process.

Trouble shoot and manage post-delivery issues, such as returns or damaged upon arrival.

Facilitate warranty or technical support issues and concerns.

Prioritize projects and communicates pricing updates, co-coordinating these responsibilities and objectives with Manufacturer Rep Managers.

Updating CRM to reflect quote status and coordination with 3rd party vendors for order processing and delivery.

Manage the order credit approval process by facilitating credit documents between customer and credit team to avoid delays and past due orders.

Prepare and manage submittals and orders accurately, reducing manual overrides and allowances.

Coordinate and manage orders within guidelines for residential districts.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

5 years related experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective listening skills.

Ability to learn and understand technical terminology.

Ability to organize multiple projects.

Detailed knowledge of the organization, products, and/or services.

Knows MS Office and a variety of other applications.

Leadership ability.

Adaptability.
