A growing US-based organization is looking for a professional, highly articulate Bilingual Admissions Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company and the very first point of contact for parents. Your primary focus will be to guide families through their initial inquiries, qualify leads, gather student information, and match them with the right services.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound calls and messages promptly, professionally, and warmly.
- Act as a trusted guide for parents inquiring about services for their children.
- Collect and document detailed student information to effectively qualify incoming leads.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments between families and our team.
- Keep our CRM platform updated with accurate, detailed records in real time.
- Execute timely follow-ups with inquiries to ensure no family is left waiting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Language: Complete fluency in both English and Spanish (high-level reading, writing, and speaking skills are strictly required).
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of recent experience in a family support, case worker, patient intake, or admissions role.
- Communication: Confident, clear, and empathetic verbal communication skills suitable for speaking with parents.
- Tech-Savvy: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to new software and CRM systems.
- Environment: A quiet remote workspace with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a computer.
