As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations and coordinate shift activities to ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently achieved.
This role plays a key part in maintaining operational continuity, solving production issues in real time, and driving performance across multiple shifts—directly impacting customer satisfaction and delivery commitments.
As a Production Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading and managing production teams to ensure safe, efficient, and goal-aligned operations.
- Managing direct labor based on capacity needs to meet production demand and maximize labor efficiency.
- Monitoring production plans and line performance, driving improvements in Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Actively participating in real-time problem solving on the shop floor.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Maintenance, Planning, Materials, Quality, Safety, Training) to achieve operational goals.
- Ensuring compliance with Quality Management Systems (ISO) and safety standards.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence projects.
- Maintaining world-class 5S standards across production areas.
- Managing departmental KPIs through tracking, analysis, and action planning.
- Developing team members through training, coaching, and performance management.
- Fostering positive labor relations and collaboration with union representatives.

As a minimum you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading production teams (Supervisor, Team Leader, or similar role).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Standard Work, SPC, Line Balancing).
- Experience with problem-solving methodologies (A3, 8D, 5 Whys, DMAIC).
- Proven experience working cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Engineering, and Planning teams.
This position requires availability to work rotating shifts (Day & Afternoon):
- Shift 1: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Shift 2: 4:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.
- Six Sigma certification (any level).
- Experience in automated manufacturing environments.
- Experience participating in continuous improvement projects or production line start-ups.
