Your Job
As a Sourcing Engineer, you will support sourcing and procurement activities for manufacturing operations, ensuring accurate supplier data, cost analysis, and compliance throughout the sourcing process. This role requires strong ownership of information, close follow-up of activities, and cross-functional collaboration to enable effective supplier development beyond day-to-day operations.
Our Team
You will work closely with Engineering, Program Management, Quality, and Purchasing teams, supporting both operational needs and the development of supplier relationships in the short and medium term.
What You Will Do
- Support sourcing and purchasing development activities for manufacturing operations
- Review and analyze pricing, supplier information, and cost data in the system
- Own and validate supplier data, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
- Follow up on supplier creation and onboarding activities until full closure
- Coordinate and track supplier approvals and documentation in the system
- Ensure timely follow-up of sourcing activities, not only sending requests but driving closure
- Interact cross-functionally to support supplier development initiatives beyond daily operations
- Work onsite and across different facilities as required
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience or exposure to sourcing or purchasing development activities
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with structured follow-up and ownership mentality
- Ability to manage and control multiple activities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a 100% onsite role
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Experience reviewing or sourcing cables (fiber or copper)
- Experience validating suppliers and managing documentation workflows
- Interest in growing within sourcing, procurement, or broader supply chain roles
- Motivation to gain exposure across teams and supplier interactions, locally or globally
