We’re looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our outbound sales team and drive the top of the funnel.
You will be the first point of contact with U.S.-based business owners, generating qualified leads through high-volume outbound calling.
What You’ll Do
- Execute 150+ outbound calls/touchpoints per day
- Conduct cold calling and structured follow-ups
- Identify decision-makers and uncover opportunities
- Maintain accurate and detailed CRM records (HubSpot)
- Manage follow-ups to ensure no warm lead is lost
- Qualify prospects and hand off to Account Executives
- Track and hit KPIs (calls, connections, leads generated)
This role is for someone who thrives in sales, enjoys talking to people, and can handle rejection consistently.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in:
- Outbound sales
- Cold calling / telemarketing
- Lead generation
- Proven ability to handle high call volumes (100+ calls/day)
- Advanced English (non-negotiable) – you will speak with U.S. clients daily
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Strong resilience and consistency under pressure
- High attention to detail (notes, follow-ups, pipeline tracking)
Nice to Have
- Experience in:
- Financial services / lending / real estate
- U.S. market or clients
- Basic knowledge of lending or SBA loans
- Familiarity with sales tools like Apollo or similar
