Position Summary
The Paid Media Manager is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid digital advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts. This role focuses on driving measurable growth, maximizing return on ad spend, and delivering strategic insights through data-driven campaign management. The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and experienced in managing paid acquisition strategies across major advertising platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and creative testing.
- Monitor campaign performance and key metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
- Create performance reports and provide strategic recommendations based on campaign data.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop advertising assets, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and ongoing testing initiatives.
- Stay informed about advertising platform updates, industry trends, privacy regulations, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities to scale successful campaigns while maintaining profitability.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve campaign-related issues.
- Support continuous improvement efforts across paid media operations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts in a client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of paid acquisition strategies, audience segmentation, attribution, and campaign optimization.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and performance goals.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience presenting campaign performance to clients or stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience collaborating with creative, marketing, and technical teams.
