- Lead the end-to-end management of claims, ensuring timely resolution and a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate and analyze incidents reported by internal and external clients, determining coverage and applicability of insurance policies.
- Negotiate with insurance companies to secure fair and efficient claim resolutions.
- Oversee proper registration, documentation, and traceability of claims within internal systems.
- Monitor claims lifecycle, ensuring compliance with service levels, timelines, and quality standards.
- Generate reports and perform statistical analysis on claims trends, losses, and process performance.
- Communicate insights, trends, and status updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive loss prevention initiatives by analyzing root causes and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop, improve, and maintain claims processes aligned with QSHE standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders.
- Support commercial teams by providing training and advisory on claims management and risk prevention.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Insurance Adjuster License.
- 8+ years of experience in claims management within insurance companies or brokers.
- Solid experience negotiating with insurers and managing complex claims processes.
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, coverage, and claims procedures in transportation, ideally within logistics environments.
- Analytical mindset with experience in incident evaluation and loss analysis.
- Strong understanding of operations, finance, and customer service processes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Results-oriented, detail-focused, and with strong process management capabilities.
