Job Summary
Collective Solar is seeking high-energy, experienced Bilingual Appointment Setters for a full-time remote role. You will make high-volume outbound calls via an automated dialer to qualify homeowners in the United States and schedule solar consultation appointments.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to US homeowners using an auto-dialer platform (minimum 200 outbound calls/day and 3.5 hours talk time).
- Qualify homeowners on their energy needs and transfer qualified leads to Solar Consultants.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics: average 1.5–2 booked appointments per day after initial onboarding.
- Maintain accurate call notes in the CRM system.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Language: Advanced English (C1 level minimum) and Fluent Spanish.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales, telemarketing, or high-volume call center environments.
- Skills: Excellent communication, objection handling, resilience, and adaptability.
- Home Office Setup:

Compensation & Benefits
- Base hourly rate plus per-appointment performance bonuses and deal commissions.
- Paid training and onboarding.
- Two paid 15-minute breaks and 1-hour lunch break daily.
- Weekends off.
