This is a high-volume outbound SALES DEVELOPMENT role where you will spend your day connecting live with U.S. business owners from 8am-5pm (Eastern Standard Time)

What You'll Do
This is a high volume outbound prospecting role using a power dialer.
Your job is to identify decision-makers, spark interest and qualify prospects.
Once a prospect is qualified you will transfer qualified prospects to our U.S. Account Executives or schedule an appointment for a sales call.
Daily Responsibilities
- Make 350+ outbound cold calls per day using a power dialer (varies by list quality)

Get past gatekeepers and reach decision-makers/business owners throughout US

Build interest using proven scripts and your own personality

Qualify prospects and live-transfer quality prospects to the closing team

Record accurate notes in the CRM (Close.io)

Consistently hit daily activity and transfer goals

Work closely with sales leadership to improve performance

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of B2B cold calling or outbound appointment setting experience

Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives
