About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and bilingual Sales and Business Development Manager to accelerate our market penetration and lead commercial operations in Mexico. This high-impact role involves identifying strategic opportunities, defining regional sales strategies, building long-term client relationships, and mentoring a high-performing team to drive revenue growth.
Benefits
- Monthly salary range: $35,000 - $45,000 + Commissions
- Average variable annual commission based on performance directly related to client generation and goal achievement: $50,000 – $250,000 MXN.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base, conducting market research to understand local competitive landscapes, customer pain points, and emerging industry trends.
- Team Management: Recruit, onboard, train, and mentor sales representatives to maximize their revenue-generating potential.
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships, owning the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing—utilizing modern CRM software.
- Client Relations & Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based, long-lasting relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders in the region.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Analyze sales metrics, track KPIs, provide accurate sales forecasts, and deliver strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Working conditions
- Full-time: Monday to Friday from 09:00 - 06:00 p.m. CT.
- Environment: On site: Mexico City / Monterrey / Guadalajara
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
- C1 Level of English
- +3 years of proven experience in sales management
- +3 years of proven experience in B2B business development
- Strong negotiation, public speaking, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- +5 years of experiencebeauty industry
