What will you do?
Lead the development and execution of Global Supply Management (GSM) Strategic Sourcing strategies, policies, tactics and objectives for assigned complex global commodities that align and are linked with the business units, commercial, supply chain and manufacturing strategies.
Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
Establish and support strategic sourcing plans and objectives.
Collaborate with Business stakeholders, GSSM, and Buyers to prepare and solicit competitive bids, quotations, and proposals.
Define and review specifications, statements of work, performance metrics, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and quality expectations.
Negotiate with existing and prospective key suppliers to secure optimal value, cost efficiency, and favorable terms.
Lead the development and communication of global supply market intelligence for assigned commodities.
Oversee the Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) process.
Build and sustain strong, strategic supplier relationships that support long-term business objectives.
Establish, maintain, and execute shared objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Promote and uphold Global Buying Policy standards while ensuring full compliance across all sourcing activities.
What do you need to have?
Bachelor’s degree.
Experience in manufacturing – operations, planning, engineering, supply management, or procurement.
Experience as a Plant or Corporate Buyer
Advanced English
