Oracle Cloud Lead
Location: Remote within Mexico
Salary: $100,000 MXN gross/month
Experience Required: 8–10 Years
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Lead to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle Cloud architecture, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ERP/SCM business processes, and enterprise integrations. This role requires both technical and functional capabilities, along with excellent communication skills to work directly with stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and web services.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Prepare Technical and Functional Design Documents.
- Present and demonstrate new Oracle Cloud features and quarterly updates.
- Validate end-to-end business processes after quarterly updates.
- Provide functional and technical input for Automated Functional Test Cases.
- Share and implement AI capabilities available in Oracle Cloud.
- Collaborate on building AI agents using Oracle Agentic AI Studio.
- Analyze and integrate Oracle Cloud applications with external systems.
- Conduct system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Provide training to end-users and create supporting documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
- Participate in all project phases including:
- Project Preview
- Fit/Gap Analysis
- Configuration
- Testing
- Production Support
- Provide regular status updates and issue reports to project managers and clients.
Qualifications
- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud architecture, OIC, and integration tools.
- Experience in at least one Oracle Cloud EPM or SCM implementation/support project.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP/SCM business processes.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Experience delivering user training and documentation.
- Oracle Cloud Certification preferred.
