REQUIREMENTS
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the role.
- Languages: Advanced English is mandatory (Minimum 70%).
- Leadership: Experience coordinating departments such as Training, Safety, and Occupational Health.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Administer compensation and benefits programs for all employees.
- Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires and maintain records updated (Annual support for Career Path Plans).
- Act as the primary liaison between the Union and the Company.
- Follow up on labor lawsuits before the Conciliation and Arbitration Board until a final ruling is reached.
- Lead labor-management negotiations regarding the Collective Bargaining Agreement and wage scale increases.
- Support the Plant Manager as required.
- Ensure compliance with work regulations and safety measures.
- Support compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) legal requirements.
- Develop, implement, and improve administrative systems, Joint Committees, and quality standards.
- Address and resolve conflicts involving unionized and non-unionized (confianza) staff.
- Review and update Internal Work Regulations.
- Supervise the pre-payroll and IMSS reporting processes.
- Implement control measures to ensure compliance with work permits for expatriates/foreign employees.
- Review and manage overall employee benefits.
- Implement work processes in compliance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).
- Manage permanent and temporary staffing levels.
- Review and implement salary plans for unionized personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations at the end of employment contracts.
- Support and attend inspection visits from federal, state, and municipal government agencies.
- Update individual files for non-unionized (confianza) employees.
- Manage training programs to meet Company requirements.
- Coordinate employee motivation programs and internal communication initiatives.
- Comply with Environmental Management System (EMS) procedures.
- Comply with Quality Management System (QMS) procedures and the Quality Policy.
- Comply with the company's safety procedures and internal work regulations.
- Manage motivational, social, cultural, recreational, and sports programs.
- Develop strategic action plans to maintain and improve turnover and absenteeism rates.
- Implement Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Guarantee performance compliance with the ISO 9001 management system.
- Monitor and ensure organizational compliance with labor laws and regulations, recommend best practices, and review/modify policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Work on continuous improvement projects.
- Promote, comply with, and align with the Company's Culture and Values.
- Perform other duties and assignments as required.
