Overview:
Responsibilities:
Ensure the Lean Manufacturing strategy execution. This position is responsible to train plant members on lean tools and define a Production System that meets the plant’s particular necessities, based on safety, quality and cost. Also responsible to lead kaizen events & Workshop that result in long term sustainable.
- > Establish the correct way to analyze installed capacity across plant.
- > Help on Daily Management implementation.
- > Train plant members on lean tools
- > Provide coaching to plant members on lean projects.
- > Collaborate on the New Product Introduction stages to ensure lean approach
- > Document process improvements on ISO to ensure sustainability.
- > Execute lean strategy
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Engineer or equivalent.)
Experience: At least 5 years as Lean Engineer in high complexity industries with lean focus.
Lean Manufacturing tools.
Fluent English.
Competencies (Abilities): High Drive, Service Attitude, Great Communication, Leadership, Organization, Attention to detail.
Knowledge in implementation of basic Lean tools
5´S – Level 5
TPM – Level 3
DAILY MANAGEMENT – Level 5
Preferred:
MBA (Desirable).
SW – Level 5 (Preferred)
PROBLEM SOLVING 1X1 – Level 5 (Preferred)
